  2 Stars: I haven’t picked the truck up and already U-Haul has switched up my pickup location within 24 hours of ordering to another dealer in Charlotte that I specifically picked because of past experience. I was told they won’t drive the truck I need even 3 miles to the location I scheduled it at. My confidence is waining.
  
  Update: Other than the rental place switch and standing in line for 30 minutes at the other U-Haul, the trip was smooth. The S. Blvd. location had friendly and knowledgeable service people and all the equipment and truck performed well.

  Had truck that I reserved, truck was clean and drove well, the rental rates are good but milage adds up quickly and quickly doubled my rental rate

  This the easy's u-haul dealer to deal with. Abosltly the best service in and out.

  Really super customer service. Got plenty of hands-on help and friendly suggestions. One of the best U-Haul locations I've ever used.

  The employees are nice and helpful, I just wish that they weren't finicky on the gas. I used it for 2- 4 miles in total and I was told that the charges for not filing up the tank back to the original line were outrageous to say the least. Otherwise that, it was a good experience from start to finish
