  **FINAL: We have a new engine in our Pilot and baby transport is back in business and running smoothly! Hendrick Honda came through and showed that they are willing to admit and correct when things are wrong. Thank you!! Integrity is everything.
  **UPDATE: My Pilot is currently on the way to Hendricks service center for their staff to look it over and hopefully get us back on the road safely. I am increasing my rating just because Chris Curran is promising to do everything in his power to make this right!****
  Just before Christmas I purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot from Hendrick Honda. After less than a week, we had to take it back because it was leaking massive amounts of oil. They resolved this issue with no problem, because it was a mistake on the mechanics part (my husband knows the exact details. Something about a plug being put on incorrectly). Now, as of Feb. 24 I have a blown head gasket. I have driven my Pilot for 3,843 miles since purchasing it from the dealership and I am now without transportation for myself or 15 month old. I have not contacted the dealership yet, but I will update after I speak to someone today. I went to Hendrick because I though I could trust them to sell me a quality used vehicle. I couldn't afford a new vehicle, but needed something reliable as I have a baby. I pray they have the integrity to correct this issue.

  It was a "no hassle" experience. I had the car towed across town in order to have it at a place I trust. This is my first experience with the Body shop, but they lived up to my previous experiences with the garage. Hunter was the person taking care of my car repairs. He was thorough, accessible, easy to communicate with, and kept me up to date without my having to bug him for updates. I highly recommend.

  Out service counselor Andrea was very friendly and professional. She listened to our concerns and kept us aware of the repair issue. Our car is back to driving smoothly. Even though they are doing some construction to waiting area was still clean as well as the bathrooms. They also had complimentary popcorn and other food items. This was my second time there with a great experience and result.

  I've now purchased 4 cars from Melissa Evans over the past 15 years, and she's absolutely the best! Low pressure, easy to work with, and treats us like old friends. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and helpful. The service department is top-notch too and they make you feel like a VIP every time you visit. I've had to deal with another big dealership in Charlotte for my wife's car, and they don't even come close to the class act that is Hendrick Honda.

  On 1/10/19, my buying experience with RONNIE RUSSELL was one of the greatest car buying experience I have ever had! Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process . I recommend Hendrick Honda ( RONNIE RUSSELL ) to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle .
