  Very honest people, clean vehicles, and great prices. My wife and I found an awesome deal on a 2007 honda odyssey, and the experience was great. They arent pushy at all, they're very friendly and tell you everything about the vehicles. Would definitely go here again.

  I purchased a vehicle on 8/9/18. Prior to the purchase I reached out via email and received a prompt response. When I texted asking about the price of paying in cash I received an immediate reply. I called and spoke with the dealership and was able to get a price quote I wanted. I was able to test drive the car on my own and purchased same day. The paperwork process was quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that they give you a permanent tag and your property tax bill upfront. This process adds so much convenience to a consumers life. I read some reviews and I’m not quite sure how they prey on a specific culture because I didn’t get that vibe from start to finish. I’m a satisfied customer!!!!

  From the time that I arrived up until the time I purchased my car and after the staff had been extremely helpful! I went to look for a car Saturday not expecting to find anything but Rashid was nothing short of amazing & was dedicated to finding me the right car that fit not only my needs but the need of my son. After a few test drives on a few cars that were great on mileage, in my price range & clean inside and out I made my decision the same day & purchased the car Monday. The process went very smooth with making the purchase as Audrey the manager was very organized with the paperwork, she also communicated with me as to when my tags would be in, she was very prompt and responds to you in a timely manner. Audrey gives off a very warm and welcoming aura & is willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of. Thank you Queen City Charlotte!

  Great experience. Bought my son a nice used 4Runner. Runs great. Negotiations were quick and painless.

  I bought a Honda Civic from Queen City and it was easy and adorable very reliable car. The owner Was very helpful when I told them what I was looking for and gave me many options I am pleased with my purchase and plan to buy another from them in the next month.
