  I have used Horne on multiple occasions, for heating and AC issues. Every technician was very thorough and well mannered. They do a great job including you on the possible solutions and issues at hand. I most recently had Bryan at my house to fix a heating issue. Bryan walked me through what was happening and explained the entire process of fixing the issue. Bryan showed he cared and quickly fixed the issue. I highly recommend Bryan and Horne Heating and AC

  Bobby was welcoming and I felt comfortable around him. He told me what he saw wrong and what I would need to have my ac/heater unit working better. I didn’t know how at risk my unit was until I had this service. I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. I’m glad I chose this company and will continue to use as well as recommend them to others looking for the similar services. Thank you again

  We’ve used Horne for at least 25 years and they’ve always been great! The techs- the last several times it’s been Bryan H. - are always prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, keep you updated if there’s an issue and make sure you understand what’s going on.
  Our dog appreciated all of the rubs & chats that Bryan had with her today as well, so lots of thumbs-and paws- up! ????

  Jason B is amazing. He makes you feel like the only client. He worked extra time on a Friday night to make sure I had heat. He vacuums when he is through and cleans everything up so it looks better than when he arrived. He is super dog friendly too. No question, I’d recommend him over anyone! I love Horne Heating & Air because of Jason. Justin came too this evening and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great team!!

  From start to finish, the experience with Horne was outstanding. Forrest was very professional during the initial quote visit and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and the needs of the home. He was also very thorough throughout the whole process to ensure our satisfaction. Richard and John were fantastic with the installation phase. On time, clean and attention to detail in every phase.
  We could not be happier with the system and look forward to the energy savings it will produce.
