  I was nervous about leaving my mom here, it’s my families first time dealing with a nursing home. But I quickly was told that my mom was there for rehab, and the team was all about mom getting better. The DOR was all about the recovery map and made sure my mom meet her goals. His therapy dept is the best!

  I’ve been here a few times for Rehab and each time the care was great. This place has an awesome therapy dept, they went above and beyond for me. The food is good, the place is clean, and my nurses cared. I’m happy that I discharging home today!

  Charlotte health and rehab has given me a positive outlook on family care. The staff that I've met have been kind & I appreciate the dietary department for always going above and beyond to provide good tasting food. Great service is an achievement.

  My mother was here, she initially came in for Temporary care but due to her medical condition she had to stay for long term. During her finial days the staff went above and beyond. The PT went out of his way to make sure mom was confortable. Her nurse at that time was very compassionate and the therapy director would sing hymns to her. This was a great place for mom.

  I have learn that you sometimes you have to put time in a place to get use to it. But when I first came for my interview in 2014. The smiles covered this place and still continues. I love doing what I do for our residents and so does the other departments. Some people may say different, and they have their own opinions. Coming in work is like my comfort zone. Cause I love cooking and they love my cooking. So if any ask me about this facility, all I can say is something good. I have a awesome kitchen manager name Jannece Coleman. I can't say nothing but thank her. Her heart is so kind and understanding
