  I have had very limited experience renting storage areas but I have had a lot experience dealing with customer service .I am 54 years old and have never experienced such a genuine customer experience and Sincere desire to accommodate for my wife and myself. I have no problem recommending this facility to my friends and family. Wow what a great experience.They really do want accommodate there. I would only hope that you would train other managers the way that this one was trained. I know that he cared within five minutes of meeting him and this is an awesome characteristic of a man full of integrity but willing to serve and meet the needs of my family . Thank you Diago for your sincere but personal approach.

  I had a hiccup in the very beginning with the main customer service line versus what the lady at the location at the time provided. However, Diego the manager and John (I believe he's the maintenance or service manager) are two amazing individuals! Both very professional and helpful! Diego, I feel like went above and beyond to make my move into storage painless. He is very friendly and easy to work with! This is also a great location because you have easy access in and out, along with short travels to I85, 485 and downtown Charlotte! Decent rates and all one story units which makes your storage convenient. I would definitely recommend doing business at this location!

  Torie!!! Awesome Customer Service. Torie Explained to me all the details that I needed to know and was very knowledgeable..on the phone and in person. It's people like this that gets 5 Stars!!

  This is a very convenient location for us as we prepare to move out of our house. Though the person who helped us was new (we were her first rental unit), we walked through the process fairly well. The only problem was the inability to use our password. Tihs was taken care of on our next visit.
