  I LOVE this hotel. The staff is amazing! Everyone is attentive to your needs and always friendly. The facility is clean and the rooms well equipped. I highly suggest staying here if you are in Charlotte.

  This hotel was amazing. I had a nice view and a clean room on the 7th floor. The next day I attended a meeting on the lowest level and accommodations were great. The staff was always ready and willing to help too. Fantastic stay!

  Loved our visit to the Hilton Charlotte University Place hotel. Very nice area, right on a boardwalk with restaurants, shops, bars, and even paddleboats! Lots of fun stuff to do within walking distance, and even more fun stuff at short driving distance. Great location. No complaints on room or service either. Highly recommend.

  Very nice place. I was upgraded to a nice room. VIP treatment. The staff was all great. Front desk people effective in making stay great. Even the staff cleaning were friendly and cheerful. You don't see that every day.
  Breakfast staff was also helpful cheerful very nice to be around. For a large place I felt well cared for. Thank you all for the nice stay.
