  They have a nice selection and good prices. The sales staff is very helpful but doesn't hover over you.

  Looking for new home furniture. With Manny's help we found a gunmetal recliner sofa and two reclining side chairs for a den. Great how show room set up to simulate a room. You get to see how a room comes together. Wide choice of colors and selections. See Manny. He was a great help to us advising what and how to finish a room and take advantage of price options.

  My recent experience with Rooms to Go was not too good. The in-store sales rep was super nice but it seemed that most sales associates just wanted to sit around with each other and chat though. Delivery however was a major pain. We were told between 11-3PM delivery and then informed it would be 2-5PM. Finally we had to call at 5:30PM when it hadn't showed and was told that it may be 7PM. The driver finally called at 8:30PM and said that his helper needed to go home and that if I wanted my sofa he would need my help lifting it and carrying it into my house. This seems ridiculous considering I paid $80 delivery fee just for me to have to lift an extremely heavy sofa that I just bought for $900 into my house. I agreed to help just because I couldn't bare any more delays. Driver eventually arrived after 9PM and I helped carry the extremely heavy sofa into my house. Driver was nice but this was not the appropriate way things should have played out. Probably wont be doing any more purchases here just due to that.

  Customer Service contacted me after seeing my previous review and did offer a full refund of the delivery costs. This was a pretty fair move on their part and thus I increased my review rating from 3 to 4 stars. Glad they make an effort to assure customer satisfaction.

  I love this place. Great furniture for decent prices, and the people are awesome. Alberto and Andre are so kind and definitely customer focused. They care more about you than making a sale. Go there. Talk to Alberto or Andre. You won't be disappointed.
