  It’s a great place to live. The staff are always friendly and take care of any issues promptly. The place has been redone and looks amazing. We have lived here for two years and each year it gets better. I would highly recommend cascades to anyone

  My experience living here at Cascades by Northlake has been pleasant thus far. I would like to say how Brianna Johnson is such a delightful individual to work with. She is respectful, professional and helpful when it comes to any concerns I may have regarding my unit. Her customer service skills are phenomenal !!! The complex is in a prime location as well as a safe environment. I would recommend these apartments to everyone I come in contact with.

  I so enjoy my town home here at Cascades, it's absolutely beautiful! But not only that, the amenities here are top notch. When ever I have a service request, a member of the maintenance team fixes the issue in a timely manner. The office team is also on point, everyone there is knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend Cascades at Northlake to anyone who's looking for a great apartment in an awesome location.

  My experience with Cascade is be a very pleasant one. Since my first day the staff has been Phenomenal! They work as a team and The Customer is Always Right! Regan had a superior management style that makes you feel at home. Andrew's professionalism is always appreciated. Alicia and the rest of the staff is top notch.

  My husband and I have lived here for the past two years and have really enjoyed it! The employees both in maintenance and in the office are always friendly and willing to help out with whatever they can. The amenities are great - I’m always bragging about the free Starbucks, the pools and the monthly events! The newly renovated gym has something for everyone and they’re always offering classes. Any issue we have had in the apartment with something that needed to be fixed were always resolved quickly and efficiently.
  
  We searched for a long time to find a good apartment complex and have found one that we are proud to be a part of here!
