(February 26, 2019, 8:05 am)We have been renting with Progress for almost 2 years. Overall, the service has been good. Most service calls are fixed within a week and the staff is always pleasant. I took away a star because there were a few issues when we moved in and they raise our rent every year. I would rent with them again.

Shortly after we arrived at the house we had a few issues and the service we were given was absolutely top notch. The maintenance people were very quick and courteous and made us feel like we are part of the Progress family.

(December 3, 2018, 11:22 am)I have been a renter with Progress for 6 months now. From the application process to general repairs, everything has been extremely smooth, concise, and user friendly.
The lease process was quick and easy. Dustin was awesome at our walk-through. Any maintenance repair has been scheduled within 48 hours and taken care of effectively. Mr. Perry is a wonderful service manager and all of the technicians have been courteous. Any time I have interacted with an employee of Progress they have provided great customer service. If you're looking for an easy, user-friendly rental option with everything being available online, I highly recommend Progress.
