  So I always wait to give reviews until I’ve been somewhere a few times. I rarely give 5 stars and this Shop deserves it. I shopped for a new bike and decided to upgrade my current model instead. The staff is not pushy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Adam, who helped me over the phone get a stem ordered, Alex who serviced and put new parts on my bike I even walked in to pick up my bike and bought a front mud guard he threw it on without hesitating, small gestures like this where they show they care about your experience will keep me coming back. I highly recommended this shop.

  Outstanding service!! Extremely friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this shop. Have been to multiple shops in charlotte and this is by far the best. Alex and Jon are highly skilled and knowledgeable!

  Some of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I've ever encountered. Shout out to Jon, Alex (and Trek) for going above and beyond on a recent service request. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

  I’ve been to this store 2 or 3 times and each time I’ve been met once I walked in with nothing but helpfulness and patience. I’ve been given good advice and honest opinions. I could go and buy a less expensive bike elsewhere, but I’m leaning toward Trek. Most recently Andrew was most helpful, he kept saying, “that’s what I’m here for”, and I think he really meant it. Great place.
