(January 28, 2019, 11:24 pm)We had a Book function at this new hotel last March 2018. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff was amazingly accommodating for our large group. They also had two other large groups that weekend. We used the meeting rooms, the atrium, the breakfast area, everywhere. I personally have a handicap they have and ENTIRE floor that's handicap Heaven. Everyth6was ready when I got there. Thanks to Katey, Mary, Brian please I'm missing so many people that worked 3/8-10/18. We thank you.

(December 11, 2018, 12:46 pm)I live locally but stayed at this Hampton Inn a couple of nights ago due to a power outage during winter storm. When I entered my room it was heavily fragranced and I have severe fragrance allergies.
I called the desk and Trent was very understanding of my issue. Many are not, so this was refreshing. He and I checked out another room that was fragrance free and I moved my luggage. I asked him to step inside the room I had been originally assigned and Trent agreed that the fragrance inside was ridiculously strong.
Rooms were clean, bed super comfortable and all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel that is in a premiere location.
