  Paul Davis Restoration responded to a water damage issue that affected our laundry room and adjacent hardwood floors. Alex Bailey and all the crew with Paul Davis responded quickly to dry out and replace the laundry room floor. They worked with a contractor to move our furniture out of the first floor and refinish the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors look brand new (even better). Alex, the PD crew and their subcontractors were very professional, described well the plan to get the work done, kept us informed on progress, and took great care in handling all the details. They moved the furniture carefully and cleaned the minor dust from refinishing. We are extremely happy with the work that Paul Davis completed and highly recommend their company for restoration.

  Paul Davis Restoration of Charlotte did an excellent job replacing our roof when it sustained some damage. We have a large roof with several different pitches but their team came in and completed the entire job in one day. The owner, Scott Bailey, came by 3 times during the day to check on progress and quality. We are very pleased with the job the company did. I strongly recommend them.

  We had a devastating fire at our home in October of 2014. It was such a frightening experience for our family. Paul Davis Restoration was recommended by our insurance company. Alex Bailey was in charge of our restoration and he did the most wonderful, amazing job. Our entire home had to be rebuild and Alex and his team worked so very, very hard to get the job done.
  It is so hard to describe how we felt the day the fire happened. Our lives were turned upside down. Alex Bailey and everyone at Paul Davis Restoration made us feel safe and secure. They were there every step of the way. Alex was available to answer all our questions every single time. He really had great patience with us.
  Alex has a great eye for detail and we feel that he went above and beyond for our family. We can honestly say that it was like working with friends. Paul Davis Restoration made us feel like family.
  Upon moving back in all we could do was cry and thank Alex and his team for the amazing job they did on our home. There was so much thought and time and effort put into making our house a HOME.
