  Haley was awesome. We were a little overwhelmed with all of the sofa options, but she walked around with us and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. She was very attentive to our resposes to different sofas and was able to guide us to our favorite.

  They have good quality furniture and very attentive staff. I didn’t buy but I will be back!

  Furniture row was fast, helpful and had an awesome selection with great pricing. Our salesman, JR, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery process was simple and their guys set everything up easily and were exceptional with their customer service. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back!

  I just wanted to say thank you to Desmond (the rest of the guys were nice too). I purchased a Wade sofa table from Sofa Mart/Furniture Row in Concord, and was told I would have to pick it up at the warehouse. However, I wasn't told I would have to assemble it myself. Desmond took the time to assemble the table for me, and I am extremely grateful for him going the extra mile. Not only did he make my life a little easier, but our interaction truly made my day. Sometimes a friendly conversation can make your stressful day a little brighter. So, thank you Desmond!
