(February 10, 2019, 9:21 am)I moved here from an apartment complex with completely disorganized management and the office staff at The Pointe have been a welcome change. They’re nice, friendly, and willing to help you and they don’t surprise you with problems. I’ve had positive experiences with both Jonathan and Morgan in the leasing office.
The apartment had a few issues when I moved in but the maintenance staff quickly fixed them and everything’s fine now. There’s so much parking that I never have to fight for a space and my neighbors are pretty quiet. The valet trash service is a massive plus, especially from living on the top floor.
One small suggestion is that I wish they would give a universal gate code to let USPS, UPS, and FedEx trucks in through the main gate. I’ve seen a few times that delivery trucks couldn’t get in and were stuck backing up traffic. -

(January 24, 2019, 9:15 pm)I have lived here for years and I love it. The front office is friendly and helpful. The staff is always nice when you see them around the property. I enjoy doing yoga on Saturday mornings when I have the time. I see myself staying here for years to come.

(November 26, 2018, 4:45 pm)My fiancé and I have been living here for about 1.5 years and it has been spectacular. Everyone at the leasing office is knowledgeable and hospitable. They made our whole moving experience smooth and easy. The maintenance guys are great as well. The turn around time is typically 24 hours for the few issues that we’ve had. The apartment features and amenities are out of this world. Hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.
