(March 13, 2019, 1:50 pm)Charlotte Mechanical installed a new Trane system in my home and I am very pleased. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. The supervisor came out twice to check on things and spent time explaining what was being done and answered my many questions. The office personnel are always very pleasant and helpful as well.

Technicians are polite, on time, efficient, explain the service and any recommendations. I purchased my heating and cooling system and water heater from Charlotte Mechanical and was impressed with the process and price.

Britni promised she would get us taken care of & set up with a great tech. She did all of that. Would highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical!
