“Really more like 4.5 stars. The staff is always pleasant and the store is always clean & organized. Prices are pretty good. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they don't carry several brands of items that I buy frequently, so I have to shop at multiple stores. I've found their house brand to be pretty good most of the time, though.”

“The staff and manager went over and beyond. It was not as busy that day and I needed a battery. My battery just stopped working and money was limited. The only batteries available for my car was in the more expensive brands. The clerk told me not to worry. She called around to the other Autozones for the lesser battery. When that didn't work, she kept searching the database to double check. She finally found the lower priced battery. The volume of customers started picking up. I thought it would be a while before putting the battery in my car but even that went smooth. The manager came out and put the battery in my car. I think I was there less then 30 mins. They all were very pleasant at this particular location.”
