“On a 5-star rating scale, I would give Exclusive Movers 10 stars! They were exceptional, professional, took great care with my furniture and made sure my move went as smoothly as possible. From the very beginning when I met with Brian to get an estimate, I was impressed with the level of expertise, pride in their work and commitment to excellence. Any time I had questions, concerns or needed clarification, Brian was available. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and my expectations were not only met - but exceeded. I was also very happy with the cleanliness of the truck, the amount of packing materials used (there was more than enough) and how they weren't scarce on making sure every item was properly wrapped, cushioned and protected. The team all had great attitudes throughout the day, even with all the physical labor involved. Equally as important is that none of my items were damaged! MAJOR SUCCESS! A few days after the move, I contacted Brian regarding a couple adjustments that needed to be made on a furniture piece's reassembly. He immediately scheduled a couple team members to come back to resolve the issue. I was 100% satisfied.
