Mr. Dunlap was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine quickly (after it was misdiagnosed by another company). My issue actually stems from my well, and he took the time to go through my new home build warranty with me, trying to see if the issue will be covered. He assured me that, should the contractor say the issue is not covered, he will come back and fix the problem himself. Mr. Dunlap is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Computer system for designing signs was not consistent in pricing, description or arrival time however Jose was very patient. Although there were no answers as to why there were so many discrepancies, my transaction concluded smoothly and there was a coupon available to reduce the pricing to a fair price. Crossing fingers it arrives in 5-7 days as originally told instead of the 11 days on my receipt. Peace!”

“In the past two to three months, I've visited this office three times for different reasons. I chose them rather than my primary care physician due to the affordable cost. After the Affordable Care Act, my health insurance deductible soared and I'm left practically forced to pay visits out of pocket, though I'm paying a high premium monthly for health insurance. My primary care physician would demand the cost of the visit. This office bills my office visits leaving the cost very affordable for me out of pocket. There has hardly been any wait when I've been there and the assistants are really nice. They have a pharmacy in house that made it really convenient to get my prescription medication in one location. It's a humble little place but I don't mind that at all.”

“This help center has been a lifeline for me. I was unexpectedly displaced and became homeless. The saying goes that many people in this country are one paycheck away from being homeless. Well, that one paycheck was missing and here I was; homeless and in a mental and emotional state of shock. I was at a park in Charlotte where homeless people go to try to get a meal for the day. Staff members from this center were there that day passing out flyers about the services this center provides to help people in a crisis. I was given an intake appointment and linked up with a Counselor who guided me through the different resources available for helping a person get back on their feet again. Today I am homeless no more and will soon be returning back to work. I recommend this service to anyone who finds themselves in a crisis. Making that call is the first step, the staff will help you through the rest. Thank you to all of the staff at ONE LOVE SERVICES, thank you!”
