She took extra time listening to my situation and was very kind. Cathy called me when a space I needed came open. She gave me many tips on how to pack it to help make the most of the spaces. And took time to made sure I understood the procedures for moving out quickly, so that I wouldn't be charged extra by moving out on a short notice. She was way more than patient with my many calls trying to figure out just what I needed and when. She made a very difficult time for my family more graceful. I can't say enough good things about her - she is why I've stayed so loyal to Brookshire Mini Storage for several years now. The climate controlled units I used were very clean and well monitored - cameras, locked doors & lots of safety wire around the perimeter. They provided the perfect solution for us - and Cathy, the manager was a critical piece of my decision to go with their units.”
