“Two boys haircuts. Happy with service and cuts and prices. Some concerns about online check in. I had reserved places in advance, even though it seemed like a slow day. But also immediately when you enter you are almost assaulted with did you register online? I said yes and one of the two people cutting hair that day almost seemed not to believe me. She immediately walked over to the computer and verified my name. there were just two other people there waiting: one woman and her sister and a gentleman. Plus Two people in chairs having their hair cut. once it was verified that we had registered online, the gentleman waiting got up and left saying as he walked out, "you can take me off the list." I assumed he had been waiting a long time and each time he rose to the top of the list, someone else with an online registration walked in. I can understand his frustration. When my two boys were seated I briefly discussed their haircuts with the stylists and showed pictures after their last haircut in another city. They quickly acknowledged the number which apparently identified their cuts but meant nothing to me. But they proceeded, had friendly conversations with the two boys during the cuts, and quickly turned these two customers around. I have not been a great clips user previously, but was pleased with the cost, the service, and the cuts and will return.”

It said there was an 83 minute wait when I checked in, but I was seen within 20 minutes of arrival. Better experience all around than Urgent Care or even my PCP. Next time someone in my family needs to see a doctor quickly this will be our go-to.”
