“All the employees I spoke to treated me with respect and were very polite. They communicated a specific time when I could expect the service technician and provided me with a phone call to let me know when he was about twenty minutes out. Boris came out to work on our washing machine after we attempted to fix it ourselves. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and provided an itemized price list for the repair so there were no surprise costs. Not only did he fix our washer, he noticed our dryer door was having some issues and repaired that as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of washer and dryer repair. They are also able to fix other household appliances, and I plan to use them again some time this year. ”
