Normally don't like to use up my time with reviews unless a place really gets to me and I take the time to share a 1 star experience, However Crest On Providence has just been particularly beyond an amazing experience and I just cant stop, but to think they just are not getting recognized enough for going above and beyond in their quality of care, service, professionalism, and friendliness. The apartments are very spacious and have great water pressure, maintenance is very responsive and have fixed anything with good turnaround. The Leasing office are respectful and great at communicating, they are very accomodating, and friendly people that go the extra mile to engage the community and create and invite residents for events in the clubhouse. The community is dog friendly and allows large dogs, has tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, pool and is in a great area. It is next to Providence Square Shopping Center, and a couple minutes from a relatively new shopping center with the Fresh Market and a few minutes from other several Plazas. It is nearly next to a 24 hour 7/11 and several schools to include some of the best private schools. About a minute from Matthews in South East Charlotte. I have been here for about 7 months so far and many more to come!! Thank You!!!!”
