“The location is perfect if you have to fly out very next day, but if you have important conference/meeting in the morning you are not getting a good sleep due to flights landing at various times. I know I didn't get any sleep. Nonetheless, the hotel room and the bathroom I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast experience and the choice of breakfast could be improved. I had pleasant time at this hotel.”

“I won't stay anywhere else in Charlotte. The staff is a step above here and truly cares about their guests. The front desk ladies and shuttle service drivers take the time to make sure your needs are not only met but your expectations are exceeded. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Even being on the first floor near the highway, it was quiet and peaceful. I can't rave enough about this hotel!”

“I thought it would bother me being close to the airport but I really enjoyed my stay here. Slept very well. The breakfast was excellent. They had a wide variety of foods to choose from, even maple sausage. The staff was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“this place is consistently great whenever I fly through Charlotte. My mom and I like to stay here because it's spacious and they're nice to us, there's a great shuttle and everything is always clean. You can always count on a Marriott even if it's just a courtyard small like this one. Still great. When she calls ahead they have a pack and play ready for us for the baby in the room which is excellent. Nice staff”
