“The Big "O" as their staff calls it, went over and beyond what I thought they would do. We had 7 pallets of auto parts that needed to be delivered ASAP, after the delivery service that we normally use dropped the ball and couldn't deliver. I called and we didn't have an account. But that didn't matter, they set us up an account within minutes and a truck was at our dock within an hour. They set us up with an on-line ordering app for future orders as well. I was able to go on-line and watch the little vehicle on my office computer as it moved along the map to complete our delivery. Also I didn't have to call for a Pod it was sent to my email. Going forward we are using The Big "O" for our freight deliveries. Thank You Guys so very much.”

The layout of the room, the amenities, even the Internet speed are all great things at the Hyatt. Friendly staff, clean hotel, fantastic breakfast, nice pool. Overall a great value. “The room was clean and well kept, but was a bit too small for my liking. When the futan was open in the room with a king size bet there was very little room to move around. The lobby however was quite the opposite. The lobby is huge and comfy. Quite the area to chill and enjoy a quiet moment or to see the news or just to go print a very important document. The staff was extremely kind and professional. My short stay was good.”
