“01/14/2019- When I rented my most recent Public Storage unit. The lock from the prior owner needed to be cut off. It took several weeks to get the old lock cutoff from the unit. When it was finally cut, the new lock I had purchased from Public Storage would not work. It was not until I came back to the facility when Bill was working and explained the situation to him that I was finally able to get my locker open. Not only did Bill come up with a solution, but he was patient and kind during the entire process. Thank you Bill for another example of stellar customer service. 12/22/2018 My appointment with Tina today was worth my writing an addendum to my prior review describing the excellent customer service I received at this location. Tina was a delight to work with. She answered all my questions. She was patient, professional and friendly. If I ever need a third storage unit, I hope Tina will be there to work with me again. 11/2018 I was in the midst of planning a move and had reserved an additional storage locker at this site. When my move date changed, I canceled my reservation. Bill called me to confirm that I had indeed canceled, and he was super understanding about my cancellation. Nowadays it's not often that I encounter a person in sales who is understanding about a cancellation! As soon as I get a firm move date, I plan to re-order a storage locker at this facility. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Bill!”

“This place is awesome. The prices are not bad. The food is so good!! The fries taste perfect. The chicken is the kind of spicy that doesn't burn your mouth but it warms your throat, and brings a smile to your face. My only wish is that they maybe add one more 'generic' side. Like mac and cheese or plain white rice. Outside of that, this place is awesome! Great food, great service. Some of those items are tshirts, promotional items, car magnets, uniforms, hats, jackets, just to name a few! David is knowledgable of all products and is able to email me photos of the items I am interested in to see how they look with my logo on them, before ordering - very impressive! I always receive my items within 2-3 weeks. David and his office manager, Irisol, have always been most helpful and responsive. They are very friendly and much easier to deal with than online companies who only communicate through email or have a customer service agent who doesn't even know who I am. “This has been a great choice. My daughter has attended for three years (started at nine) and my son for the past year (started at close to age 6). They have learned many skills and techniques to protect themselves and escape from an attacker that you just don't know without coming to this type of school. As importantly, if attacked they are much more likely to be able to focus on what they can do to escape than to be frozen with fear. The instructors are all qualified and good hearted individuals. The school is a safe place for kids and the facility is nice with a weight room that the owner allows parents to use for free. It certainly helped me lose extra pounds that comes from no exercise! The school is welcoming to all and I love the diversity you see with many boys, girls and participants from different races and cultures. As a parent, I am committed to give my kids all the skills that they will need to be successful in this world. The amount of violence that occurs daily causes me to worry about their safety. However, while you can never prevent everything, I at least can feel good about the fact that I did all that I could to give them a good chance of being able to escape harm if it happens to come their way. Give it a try, I think you will be glad you did. ”
