“What you all have to understand that it’s either you help or don’t comment at all. It’s hard working at a store that’s low staffed and people don’t come into work. Yes the lines are long but you can’t take it out on the cashiers they do the best they can we all do. What everyone as a society has to learn is that we are all humans we’re not robots. Honestly, sometimes the customers are just as bad as the staff. I had someone come through my line and instead of telling me how she wanted me to bag something she reaches across the counter and starts bagging her own items. I’m here the help, there was absolutely no reason for her to reach across my counter. Not saying this excuse for anyone having an attitude, but you all have to show more compassion and be mindful that this is a low wage store that’s trying. This location is accepting applications if anyone of you all want to help. Thank you! Also, if you could have your method of payment ready you’d be surprised how much faster things would go.”

“From the moment we walked into University Volvo, we felt comfortable. You know how sometimes you get a "bad vibe" when you walk into a dealership? Not here. We were greeted by sales staff and left to explore the vehicles on our own. They checked on us but no pressure. Since we were looking right before Christmas, everything fell the week of, so we dealt with closings, which actually worked out perfectly. Everything went off without a single hitch! Every person we came in contact with during the experience was courteous and helpful as they could be and knew their product too! “Cocoa's claims to specialized in authentic Jamaican dishes. Let's authenticate that claim with an emphatic hell yes they do! The jerk chicken was as authentic as Negril is beautiful. The chicken was grilled and smoked to perfection and the jerk sauce that topped it was spicy. But instead of overpowering the chicken, it added a layer of flavor that really brought out the smoky flavor of the chicken. The greens we're flavorful with the right texture. But the belle of the ball was the succulent Jamaican styled whole red snapper! The fish was moist and full of the that swag Jamaican flavor one would expect when dining in Jamaica. Yeah Mon!”

“Great place friendly people. The only one problem I have is when you order extra crispy chicken. It's like you asked for 10 million pieces of chicken. It is such a difficult task for them. One day I asked can I have a large bucket of just extra crispy legs and they freaked out! LOL! Maybe it's just difficult to do I don't know but I figured if I'm paying for it why not. But it's a nice place to have good food.”
