“The apartments are okay. They are old, but many of them are being renovated. There is also an optional tech package that comes with a smart lock and nest thermostat. My apartment smelled like weed when I moved in. It still smells. It may just be neighbors. But that's the worst of it. They are under new management as of recently but the staff is still very helpful and nice. The maintenance is very quick and friendly. They have a great common area with a pool and a grill area. The area outside the apartments is covered in dense trees and grass, which is great. Everything is kept very clean and the common area/mail area is under video surveillance. There is a daily trash pickup service that is great. There is an entrance gate that is open most of the day every day, and requires a code at night. The complex is 3 minutes away from the blue line by bus, and there are 2 bus stops right outside the gate. There is more than enough parking for 2 people per apartment plus occasional guests. There is no parking tag system, they just trust you not to abuse it. Overall great experience for the price and proximity to the blue line.”
