My initial review was not very kind because of what we were charged for the service call (my fault for not asking before they came out). However, they later adjusted the charge because I wasn't informed. This completely changed my mind about this company. Lesson learned......always ask how much the service fee is before you ask someone to come out (for ANY service provider).”
