“I used Paul's company for two bathroom remodels (one major) and some other work around my place. I can say I would definitely use him on anything I need done at my house. During remodel, he found some additional things that needed to be done and was way more than fair on the price considering the time spent. In fact, he fixed things my (unusually expensive) plumber did, and made some other unexpected repairs to work done by prior contractors. He even came through at the last minute when I needed kitchen cabinets disassembled and moved across town. I wish I hired him from the start. His crew did a great job and they stood behind their work. Paul is a standup guy and if he has a long wait, I can say he is definitely worth it.”

“My father is a resident of the Haven. Our family is very thankful for the excellent care he receives and the compassionate staff. The staff is truly amazing. We visit at least 15 hours a week so we feel like we have a good assessment of his care. The activities director is fantastic! The residents are constantly being involved or entertained at the level they can comprehend - even field trips out of the Haven. It is our feeling that even a spirit of family or community has been created within the facility. Our family would highly recommend the Haven.”

“The Haven has been a wonderful addition to my life and my husband's. He became a resident at this facility March 4, 2013. Hospice has been called three different times. He, currently is not a Hospice patient. I had concerns in the beginning but all were resolved with apologies and promises that changes would be made. All of this came to fruition, much to my delight. It always smells nice and is maintained beautifully. Most recent was an upgrade to each neighborhood......new furniture, new paint, new upgrades to kitchen and dining room had been accomplished. Holidays show special decorations and special activities. One of my favorite praises goes to the placement of all rooms being located in the center of the neighborhood which opens directly to the dining room ,kitchen and television area. No long hallways to get lost in. My husband has no problem enjoying their food......unfortunately, due to the progression of this horrible illness, he had difficulty swallowing. Soft serve foods is now his "normal".....but, he still gobbles it up. On top of all this, I especially love the compassion that the CNA's, Nurses, staff, and Management have shown. They are devoted to their "work". My husband is well cared for and it is a blessing that he is a "resident" here.”
