(March 26, 2019, 10:14 am)I love Fitness Connection for the community. Many of the members have been there for years so it is a nice atmosphere of comradery & friendliness. The staff is friendly and the equipment is awesome. Old school Hammerstrength mixed with newer cardio equipment & Hoist machines. The functional training space is sufficient to meet most needs and they have a sled + an outdoor training area for trainers to work with clients. Generally clean gym. One of my favorites in the area!
(February 26, 2019, 5:09 pm)It's large and spacious Gym. You can find various machines related to fitness. I love exercising here. The only disadvantage point I feel is, it's always mostly full. Otherwise, it's worth it.

Fitness connection was an OK gym while i was there. They would not let me downgrade my account witho... ut a $50 fee. I chose to move to another gym. I cancelled and they continued to charge my card.I have spoke to several people and this is VERY common with this gym.I would never ever go back.
