  I've used multiple storage facilities in various places, and I'm extremely impressed with ExtraSpace, specifically at this location.
  Nicole was AWESOME - super friendly and personable, took the time to speak with us to understand our needs, and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. On the day of our move-in, she greeted us (in an extremely friendly manner, as always) and offered any help she could provide.
  The facility is extraordinarily well-kept, clean and accessible. I would highly recommend this location - and Nicole's help! - to anyone looking for storage needs in the area.
  5 stars, but more if I could!

  We needed a place to store some items in a hurry. We called a couple of places in our area and this was by far the best space! They were quick, friendly and personable. Kim and all the others that work there are great. I would recommend them to anyone

  I just moved to the area after a terrible divorce a few months ago and a family friend recommended you guys to store some of my valuables until I moved into my apartment. I spoke with Kim when I arrived. She was friendly, compassionate , personable and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. She got me into the exact storage space I need and it was actually under my budget. I definitely would highly recommend Kim and Extra Space storage . They exceeded my expectations !!

  I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at this location that I had to share. I will be moving to the Ballantyne area and I finally found a storage facility that I can feel safe leaving my personal items while I find my dream home. When I walked in I was greeted by warm smiles . The staff is friendly especially the lady at the front Nicole. She made me feel comfortable, she was knowledgeable and understood my needs. The place is also clean and well kept. I will definitely be choosing this facility as my choice of storage.

  I made an online reservation for a unit and was very pleased when Nicole promptly called me as courtesy call. That's great service. Kim also called me when I did not respond to the initial call. They made every effort to make the rental process as easy and painless as possible. Nicole and Kim are extremely friendly and helpful. Best storage rental experience ever.
