(January 4, 2019, 4:20 pm)Great low-impact walking trail. Lots of tree canopy which is really nice during the summer. Baseball field, tennis courts, batting cage, nice playground, horses nearby. Second favorite park in Mint Hill.

(November 30, 2018, 8:50 pm)One of our favorite parks! Shady enough to enjoy in the summertime, but just enough sun so that we can still go in winter also. The men that take care of the grounds are friendly and helpful, and bathrooms always sparkling clean.

(August 28, 2018, 10:10 pm)Nice park in Mint Hill, right down the street from Veterans Park. This park has nice slides, swings, rock climbing spot for kids, spinning device, and a little springy platform to jump on. It has a nice walking trail that the playground is in the center of, and it has little stretch/workout stations around the trail. There isn't much shade, so you will get baked on the hot days. There is a water fountain and a faucet beside it to wash your hands, give water to your dogs, or stick your head under to cool you off. There is also tennis courts that look nice. This is my 2nd favorite local park. Just be careful around the spinning device. Its in a sandbox and i have seen a few yellow jackets in there making a home. Hopefully somebody can spray them to keep away.
