  For someone that wants personal attention, encouragement, and positive results, this is the place to go. Rhonda is an awesome trainer. She lets you work at your pace but she pushes you if you need it. I highly recommend Tone Your Temple.

  I was very out of shape but motivated to make a change. I signed up for boot camp and loved it! Rhonda is awesome. She is very upbeat, knowledgeable and personable. She made me want to show up and work out. I highly recommend!

  I wanted to get in shape. I was talking to a co worker and she talked about Tone your Temple and how the owner not only walked us safely through every movement but did them with us. I’m hooked and look forward to the 5:30 am classes I always feel accomplished after each class. Rhonda has been a God send! Tone Your Temple has changed my life!
