Mack did a wonderful job... Mack is the owner/operator of the business. I am selling my home and needed some tile work done quickly, he was very responsive and accommodating. I had several large badly cracked tiles on my kitchen floor. Rather than fill the cracks, he suggested replacing the broken tiles. I was a little concerned about it being obvious the tile had been repaired. Mack did a fine job. He was even able to match the old stained grout color. Looks like it never happened, flawless... Additionally, Mack is informative on his process, his price was fair, and he’s a heck of a nice guy. I highly recommend his work.
Mack Rocks, had tile in kitchen and bathroom done, he reworked both of them for me to the nines. They pop! He is old school and a craftsman and very fair priced on work done. Hard to find that in people these days. Would recommend him to anyone needing some tile install or repair.
Bought a condo uptown that had neglected bathroom grout in need a professional repair. Mack brought everything back to new, absolutely amazing work and attention to detail. Genuinely cared I was pleased and took his time to make sure it was done right. Also went out of his way to fix additional things that weren't part of his scope of work. Couldn't be more please, would definitely recommend if you want it done right. He's also just a totally cool and friendly guy.
Mack at Adam's Tile Repair Co was very attentive and straightforward with his communication. His work was great and he was very candid in his suggestions on the project. He did not require oversight once he got started and worked in my condo without my presence. While I had no problems with his work or communication, I would clarify rate details ahead of time as I was I surprised that the cost was 20% more than I anticipated based on my experience in similar contractor's pricing. I would use Mack again.
