  I went to Adam 2 years ago when I was bored with my workouts. His expert guidance gave me more strength, endurance, and overall better shape. Every workout was different which kept it challenging and enjoyable. He has a keen sense as to when to push and when to back off. I leave each session fully charged and ready for the day. Overall, he is the best trainer I have worked with.

  Adam has been my personal trainer for a year and a half now. It is great to have a trainer that is in tune with your personal goals and needs. I love the challenging workouts. Sometimes I don't think I can do one more set and then Adam has a way a motivating you to push yourself. It is so empowering. I am very happy with my results and I highly recommend Adam for personal training and nutrition coaching.

  I have been with Adam for one year and I am so happy with my results. I have lost inches and weight and seen my stamina improve every time I workout. Adam keeps the workouts fresh and makes sure you are doing the exercises correct.

  Adam's boot camp is awesome! In just 4 months my body has transformed, & I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost weight & inches, dropped my body fat percentage by several points, & gained muscle definition that I never thought possible. I am ecstatic with my results! The early morning class fits my schedule perfectly & starts my day off great! I love that I never know what we will do in class that morning. Adam definitely keeps us on our toes with a mix of core & strength training & cardio. It is the perfect total body workout every day! Thanks Adam for an amazing & affordable program!

  I am truly pleased with the program and Adam. I realized I needed a good coach and contacting Adam was the best decision I made. Not only was the program effective, (total weight loss 22 pounds, 11 inches) but Adam kept me on track the whole time. Everything he told me to try worked!!! How can you argue with someone when they know what they're talking about? He knew how to keep me motivated and I really enjoyed my one on one exercise sessions with him. I left the exercise sessions feeling good and wanting to take control of my life. PRICELESS!!!
