Bought a private lesson and got a real catered experience in learning how to bounce. There are new stretches that are supported by relaxing the muscles that hold you up against gravity — creating a new body awareness. I’ve learned aerials silks and Lyra as well tried pole, this class is a new exercise that will knock the wind out of your out-of-shape lungs. The best part: you’ll enjoy doing it to the point of finally pushing yourself through the pain just to feel that brief moment of flight. Do it. This is going to take over Charlotte. Oh and —Happy National Doughnut Day!!! —

I was impressed first by the friendly greeting and the dressing room which had a little stand with accessories perfect for a woman who might be about to work out, or just had.
Melanie was a fabulous host. I am 6' and my fiance 6'5; they did their best to ensure we had the right types of harness and length of bungee cord.
I am also very hand/foot/limb challenged, haha, and appreciated the quiet, friendly instructions with proper technique, or sometimes notes on how to do a step that might be different because of our height.
We are just passing through Charlotte, but if we were in the area, I would definitely be going back!

Bungee fitness is a great workout, a lot of fun, and Melanie, Andrew, and Stevie have a great way of showing you how to do things correctly without making you feel self conscious or singled out. I've got my family doing it with me as well and they love it. It's a great family business and everyone is very friendly like you have known them forever. I highly recommend this place! I'd give ten stars if I could.
