Along with being an extraordinary Personal Trainer who keeps you motivated while kicking your bootie in 30 mins, she is a certified nutritionalist. Absorb all her advice and institute it into your daily routine and you will be in best shape of your life! Love working out on the Power Plate which has helped me with my RA in strengthen my wrist joints with the vibration. You will be challenged and see results quickly!

(November 3, 2016, 3:19 pm)If you want a perfect personalized workout from a top notch trainer then Jeri is for you! No matter whether it's weight loss, overall fitness, or toning, she's your girl. Even if you are someone like me who is on a tight schedule and not much motivation for working out ! There are one on one sessions and group sessions up to 6 people. But beware, even in the group sessions Jeri has a VERY close eye on your form and knows exactly what YOU personally need to work on (sometimes too much LOL). She truly has passion for what she does and is committed to not only giving you a great workout program but also your overall health and fitness (please drink your water :). She is the best trainer I have ever worked with and the results are actually extremely fast.
