We arrived from out of state and had a limited time to view homes and her associate, Marcia Knight, had toured homes in advance and efficiently organized our viewings. When we purchased our home, we were given advice and personalized help in all aspects of the purchases. When some problems arose with the seller, the broker, Gina Mayes Harris, immediately acted on the problems and spent time addressing the situations. We could not be more pleased th the professionalism and experience of this realty company.

From the first time we met to discuss the possibility of buying my first home one thing stood out, with Gina it is not about "clients" but rather extending her family. Young or old, single or married when you work with Gina you can rest assured that she will stand up for you throughout the entire home-buying process and beyond. Even after I closed on my first home she still was there to support us through the inevitable little problems that you find when you move in to a new home. Her expansive experiences with selling and buying homes at all price ranges has given her a wealth of knowledge ready to share with her newest members of the family. Marcia is the showing agent we worked with during the process and both her and Gina are available at any time to answer your questions and keep you updated on the process. For me it was important that I be kept in the know along the process and not feel pressured into buying any home--and both of these were met through my work with Gina. I cannot speak highly enough about Gina & Marcia. They both have made this experience a smooth and exciting one.
