  When I initially moved in about three weeks ago, I was not happy and satisfied with AH4Rs customer service from my assigned property manager. And I’m still not satisfied. But I’m writing today because the maintenance department took care of me and have much better customer service. In addition, the third party contractor, Ryan, that was assigned to take care of my issue with the kitchen counter had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ryan did a great job and was very efficient. Thank you Ryan!

  A few friends and I were looking for houses to rent in Charlotte. After having a very negative experience with another local leasing agency, we found a house we were interested in and called AH4R. We were cordially greeted near instantly and have had an amazing experience since. Angela was super helpful in answering all of our questions and she was a huge help throughout the process of applying. Would recommend to anyone.

  Outstanding service provided by Ms. Heather Peyton and Mr. Lamar Taylor. We were urgently in need of a place of residence and both Heather and Lamar were great to work and took extra steps to ensure a smooth transition. Through their efforts and thanks to their support, we were able to view the property, file the application, submit the necessary documentation and secure the location in a matter of days, one of them being on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Heather, Lamar, and the entire AH4R team.

  Over the course of the two years that I've interfaced with AH4R I have mixed reviews regarding the level of responsiveness and overall professionalism of the property management staff. During my recent move, however, Ms. Keisha Hutchinson has been the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. Not only is she professional and responsive to questions and concerns, but she is also an absolute delightful person to work with. In many ways, she restored my faith in and impression of AH4R and made the "hectic-ness" of moving more manageable. Ms. Hutchinson is a gem for sure.

  We just wanted to write you to commend the extraordinary efforts and patience demonstrated by Renewal Agent Torrie Latimer in handling a lease renewal for us on one of your properties. We had a difficult situation regarding the property and the former guarantor on the lease. We were put in contact with Torrie who took the time thoroughly (and patiently) to explain the entire situation to us, and to discuss and explore with us some potential options. Her professionalism and simple kindness were very much appreciated. She is both knowledgeable and personable. I know that her patience was tested not only by us, but also by her difficult interactions with the family of prior renter. Were it not for her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond, I truly believe that the property would have sat vacant and not garnered any rents. She is an outstanding representative of and ambassador for your company. In a world in which a commitment to excellence and to customer service often seem to be little more than a distant memory, our interactions with Torrie reaffirmed our faith that there truly are good and decent people out there who genuinely care about others. For that, both my wife and I are extremely grateful.
