AAA - Ballantyne

I went in to for Yearly inspection. Staff was very professional and courteous. I was in and out in least amount of time. I received text messages as the service was being done and kept updated with the service. They also have online report which provides very detailed information.

Well organized location and friendly! Was greeted signed up for AAA Auto Club, and dropped off car for same day service with complimentary Lyft home. Great first impression AAA Ballantyne!

I made an appointment with a Warren Turnipseed who was professional and courteous. I dropped car off and was told that it would take an hour. I was offered the waiting room but I choose to walk instead, 52 minutes later I got an email telling me it was ready. Great service delivered within the promised timeframe. Thank you Warren and team.

They are very friendly and professional. It took two hours for an oil change I scheduled a week in advance. No issue with the quality of work. Caught my battery running low and replaced it under warranty.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, the guys at the Ballantyne AAA were awesome (Brandon and Warren)! They were incredibly sincere, prompt, reasonable. I had no ride to come and get my car after it was towed and they arranged a Lyft for me. My repairs were done so quickly! Fantastic customer service. They also have done a good job to social distance with hand sanitizing station and area blocked off! Very pleased!
