Mohammed made the entire experience painless. Once I decided on what carpet I wanted, my entire house was scheduled and completed in 1-week! Mohammed's installation crew was outstanding and proficient. If I ever need flooring again, I'm going straight back to A-1!

A-1 Carpet and Tile is an excellent company. I highly recommend them. Mr. Mohammad was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our questions and quoted us a fair and reasonable price. His crew of carpet installers were very skilled, hardworking, and polite. It was a huge job replacing carpet in my entire house, but they came into our home and worked diligently and the carpet looks so beautiful. Don’t waste your time researching other companies in the Charlotte area. Hire them because they are the best!

Great customer service and prompt. We recently needed a carpet to be replaced in our rental and needed to find someone who priced reasonably and can do it as soon as possible.
I am very happy with how the carpet looks. The guys were very quick in getting the old carpet out and new one in. All polite. Definitely will be a returning customer and highly recommend this company!

Definitely recommended A-1. The owner was great and wasn’t pushy. He actually offered me
several carpet price options and I chose what I wanted. No hidden fees. He quoted me the all in price and that’s what I paid. His installers were also great and very efficient. I LOVE my new carpet. If I decide to replace any more carpet this is where I will get it.
