After a few bridal appointments at other shops, I came in on my own one morning to NY B&G and found the amazing Brooke. She is hands down the sweetest and most sincere person, and has definitely found her calling in the bridal industry. Brooke took all the photos and videos for me that day and patiently worked with me to find the right dress. There was never any rush or push to make a decision and I truly felt at ease during the entire 4.5 hours I spent there. (Time seems to not exist in that shop!) All of the other wonderful women that were working that day were so sweet, and at times, even came over to comment and join in on the discussion as I tried on gowns. I highly recommend coming here to find your dream dress!

and 5 stars!! From the time I walked in the door, the team made me feel completely special as if I was the only bride in the store. There were over 25 brides in there at the time! The store was bright, airy, swarming with positive energy! My sales person Mrs. Joanne was exceptional. She knew just what dress to have me try on. She knew I came in the store in a frantic desperate mood and she calmed all of my nerves. I even cried when I found my dress!! She was such a God sent! The dress prices are very reasonable for all budgets! Oh yeah there were men there for their tuxedos, but didn’t get in the way at all! Please go to this store first and only! You will not be disappointed!

Catherine (spell check) was awesome!! From my first visit she was attentive to my must-haves and even encouraged me to try on dresses that I did not consider. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which gave me a sense of peace. I came in for a second visit on 1/21/23 and once again her service did not disappoint! She remembered my face and genuinely seemed eager to help me find the perfect dresses for my wedding day. It was truly a joy having her assist me with such a big decision. If I could give her and the shop overall 10 stars I would!! Also the other associates were very nice, welcoming, and made me feel like I came to the right place. New York Bride & Groom in Charlotte is definitely the place to purchase your wedding dress!!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I felt so welcomed the moment I walked through the doors. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. My stylist were Riley and Sarah. I told them the type of dress I was looking for and they brought me so many dresses to try on. I looked for dresses all over Charlotte and never had any luck finding a dress I truly love. I’m so glad I came across New York Bride & Groom. I’m so happy with my dress and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day!!

This is the place to go for your wedding dress. I am so glad I purchased my dress here. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. They are very professional! I felt so comfortable! My dress was everything I’ve ever wanted. I want to thank Cory for being so helpful not only to me but to my husband as well. He helped with my husbands suit. I also want to thank my consultant Diana! She is the best, she helped me pick out my dress. From start to end the experience was amazing. Thank you so much again!
