The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the tech that ended up helping us, Martin, he was so kind, great customer service!! He bent over backwards to make it here as soon as he could, switch around days and went above and beyond to reach the high places that another tech didn't even want to try. Thank you Martin!!
