I have edited my review of receiving the damaged merchandise- as though I am disappointed, as well as dissatisfied with receiving the damaged product,
This company responded promptly & has ethically issued me a full refund,
Of which I am thankful!
So now I just have to begin my search again for the car part I need!
But kudos to B & B for their promptness & follow thru on warranty or return policy!👍

I am at this moment very disappointed with my decision to purchase from B & B, hopefully they will do the right thing & change my opinion.
But I had my choice of a few online companies had the part I needed, I base my choice primarily on these positive reviews here and other location, as I don’t trust the reviews listed on EBay, many sellers will have almost impeccable reviews on eBay but independent searches will show otherwise.
Anyway I made my choice to purchase a used amplifier fro B & B with pics showing the unit to be in excellent condition, even got an email from them that assured me the unit had been fully test and was completed operational.
Anyway I got a notification yesterday that it had arrived and alerted my wife to bring it inside, just got home myself from business trip & was eager to open the box, my dismay was when I unwrapped it from its outer layer of bunny wrap and the inner layer of shrink wrap . I could see the case as clearly majorly damaged, a hard impact -PRIOR to shipment had happened, and some at the company had wrapped up the damaged merchandise and shipped it to me!!!🤬
I went back and reviews the photos I looked at online & again it shows the amplifier to be in almost perfect condition-
The damage was done prior to shipment,
Had it been done my the shipping company-
The box would be damaged & the damaged pieces would be contained within, but they are not.
So I’m dismayed this company with good ratings would ship a damaged piece to a customer,
I will be seeking a full refund.
And they can have their broken amplifier back,
I’m not gonna pay $100 for a damaged broken amplifier!

It's very rare that I have an opportunity to right a stellar review because I've gotten amazing service, but today is one of those days. I called B & B for a wheel and had the pleasure of talking with Brandon, he identified what I need and worked hard to make sure that the package was shipped 26 Feb 2021. I must say for a business owner in the same line of work, that an employee like Brandon is an asset with qualities that many of us rarely have the pleasure of employing. You better hold on to that one he is definitely a keeper! Well Done Brandon, well done!
