(August 15, 2019, 9:24 pm)The best staff and the best service. The lady in the reception welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and polite. She explained everything I had to do and helped me with what I needed. The nurse and the doctor that attended me were very kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable and took care of me in the best way possible. Everything went better than I expected. I would totally recommend it.

(March 21, 2019, 10:06 am)Dr. Kareem is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life. He goes out of his way to explain everything and gives you options for care. He’s genuine and honest and it’s obvious that each patient matters to him. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live in Charlotte! Dr. Kareem and the team at CareFirst are fantastic and 5 starts isn’t enough for the amazing service they provide!

(February 15, 2019, 12:24 pm)I walked in with an infected cyst behind my ear, and was expecting a referral to a specialist and maybe some antibiotics at best. They completely surpassed my expectations. The doctor actually has a surgical background, and was the most informative and knowledgeable doctor I had seen in relation to my recurring cysts. have been to 5 previous doctors before him, all of which referred me without actually addressing the problem, and all of which had ended in costly surgery. He removed it on the spot, for no more than the cost of my copay. Incredible!
