(July 10, 2023, 1:22 pm)I’ve been at the complex for almost a year and can see the changes in a good way in terms of the leasing office and property manager. Kyra has done a great job transitioning into the property manager position. She has communicated with me very well and is prompt in getting things fixed! I have had some serious issues with the payroll system at my job and have had to make quite a few past due rent payments and payment plans. Kyra has been so understanding in allowing me to be able to make partial payments or late payments. She has always communicated efficiently and quickly when having to deal with my mess of a payroll situation. The only main complaint I have is the complex is old and needs a complete overhaul in redesign. I understand that Damsen has to be the one to do that and that the leasing office doesn’t really have the authority to do a whole lot, But the maintenance guys are fantastic and are prompt and efficient when fixing problems. This is not a bad place to live, especially since Kyra and the staff have done an awesome job trying to maintain these apartments the best they can!
