  The furniture is beautiful! We got the Torino leather couch and absolutely loved the comfort!! We are new in the area an our helper Auzah was very professional, kind and understanding to our needs!! She was extremely patient and allowed us time to think and process everything! This was such a pleasant experience for my son & I as well! Mike also assisted us and was great! He recommended further financing options if we needed them!

  I would like to commend Greg, the sales manager for the Sardis Rd location for his professionalism and assistance. He went above and beyond to explain the delays and apologize for any inconvenience. A little goes a long way. Kudos to Greg!!

  This about the third time throughout the years that I have bought furniture from Value City and the quality and price is always great! I ordered the furniture a few days ago and the furniture was delivered by Pablo and Angel in a timely manner I got a few reminder calls so I knew exactly when they was coming. They came in a timely manner. They bought the furniture in, they was fast, efficient and was very friendly.

  Eddie and Angel are the best. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. They really have their process down to a real science, this was not amateur hour. Thank you for the care and attention to my home and my furniture.

  I’ve been to the 3 stores in Charlotte and this is the best one out of all of them. I made a great choice by buying here . Thank you Kevin for great customer service and patiences , great at what you do keep it up. This country needs more people like you , honest and kind . I took some pictures of the store to share .
