Wow, absolute best overall customer experience I have had in years in any store.
Called upon store opening to inquire on a product, Larry, was extremely helpful, listened, knowledgeable, and offered assistance and advice, said to ask for Stan when I came in the store.
Upon arriving several hours later Stan knew exactly what I needed and was exceptionally patience, professional, attentive, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Stan went above and beyond to help me.
The cashier #000099 (male, sorry didn't get his name) was attentive and motioned to come in his lane when available, courteous, professional, polite, respectful and helpful. This guy was younger and to see this in with a youth is so refreshing because typically they are not any of the above working or not.
I absolutely will be back, and refer everyone I know. Thank you again for the above and beyond customer service and exceptional experience.
Decent selection, well stocked and clean. The store had almost everything I was looking for, but the employees wasn't sure where an item was when asked. They walked around looking, but didn't find it. I had to find it on my own in another section than they had said
I have shopped at this store more times than I can count. I have never had an issue and customer service was always good. My best experience was; I bought a generator that cost a "pretty penny". Even though I had it right at a year, it only had an hour of run time on it. They tried to fix it several times to no avail. They could have easy said "we can't fix it and it was nothing they can do" But the service guy(Mark) got with the manager and said "this shouldn't have happened to this unit with only 1hr of run time and it shouldn't have happened even if it had 50hrs on it!"... So this is what I walked out the store with....NO CHARGE!!! Thanks N.T.E
Had a problem with my Powerhorse pressure washer. They tried to fix it but it failed again. It was still under warranty and after speaking to the assistant manager I was able to return the machine and just pay a restocking fee. I’ve had the machine for 1 1/2 years with a 2 year warranty. I upgraded to a Northern pressure washer for a considerable amount of money. The new machine is absolutely awesome! Thank you Northern! I’ll be back to buy some accessories. Excellent customer service!
