I have lived here about 3 years now I can say that anytime you need maintenance Marco and Jean are always there saying we on it, they are helpful, and good folks to even have a quick conversation makes it's a great place to stay, they both work well together and as a team love having them here in the complex never have to worry about any issues they get it done right away always smiling and laughing come check it out here

Very good customer service , they are all very attentive to the residents there has been such a good place to live . The transition was very smooth ! And when I put a work order in they take care of it very promptly! Amazing place !!!

The community of Delta Crossing has changed since Peak living has taken over. The maintenance crew does a very effective a d efficient job in handling problems. The office Marisoo and Carolina are very compassionate and uderstanding. They look putforthe well being of the community. As an older woman Marisol and her maintenance staff lookout for my well being. I walk with a cane and they all make sure in OK.

Delta crossing is the best!!!! The staff here is wonderful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Always considering any concerns you may have about the property, always lending a hand or giving excellent advice. I'm going on my third year in March, and I'm so excited about my new unit on the property. Thank you Marisol and Carolina and the entire staff for making my experience living at this location the best!!!❤️
